After obtaining a degree in Business Studies and gaining further qualifications in Accountancy and Marketing, Mike spent five years at Procter & Gamble before moving to Shell. He then held several Director, CEO and VP positions in industries ranging from automotive engineering to management consulting. Following this he held the role of VP or Divisional Managing Director at other blue-chip companies such as Textron and OCS Group.
Mike has a proven track record in start-ups and smaller businesses. He has extensive experience working in overseas markets via subsidiaries, third-party organizations and joint ventures. In March 2012, Mike became Managing Director of FLAT Tech.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, George spent eight years in various manufacturing roles. He then moved to Pepsi Cola International where he held several VP positions, commencing as Area VP Technical for the Middle East, then progressing to Area VP Operations for 30 company-owned plants in the USA and then finally accepting the role of Zone VP Operations based in Hong Kong in 1992.
George then accepted the role of Managing Director of Operations for Lion Nathan Limited and relocated to Sydney in 1995. In 2002, George returned to Athens, Greece, where he was appointed General Manager Procurement & Logistics for Hellenic Telecom. As part of this role George held the Chairmanship of Hellas Sat, a full service satellite company.
George speaks five languages, has conducted business in over 60 countries around the world and still lives in Athens.
Ozcan started his career as a Plastics Engineer and he gained a degree in plastics technology. He has over 30 years of industry experience and is a recognized expert in his field. Ozcan is a Chartered Engineer who holds a large number of patents.
Ozcan has served as a Senior Director, General Manager, Managing Director, and VP for a number of recognized, global blue-chip public and privately owned firms including Jacuzzi, Elkay and Franke.
He has extensive international experience in product/IP development, sourcing, business turnaround and business initiation/start-up, having lived and worked in markets including Europe, Asia, the U.S. and the Middle East.
Barry commenced his professional career working in public practice accountancy advising clients in a variety of industries specializing in business start-up and growth strategies, taxation law and compliance, business structuring, audit and assisting in funding and innovation activities.
During his time working for a high net-worth individual and owner of a private pharmaceutical company he facilitated a successful initial public offer (IPO) for the company providing substantial returns to shareholders.
After this he worked as a management consultant for a number of enterprises in a variety of industries with a demonstrated focus on profitability improvement and increases in shareholder wealth. Barry then accepted a general management role within the telecommunications industry with responsibilities for multiple retail outlets and direct sales teams. Barry’s proven track record brings extensive experience in the operation and growth of businesses, manufacturing practices, as well as the commercialization and protection of intellectual property to FLAT. He currently has responsibilities for all finance operations, administration, legal compliance, human resources, IT and also manages shareholder relations.

Peter Tichband has been involved with FLAT Technologies since 2005. He is passionate about the solution that FLAT presents to the world and he has a particular expertise in the demonstration of the technology and its application to solve everyday problems.
Peter is a sales professional who has worked in many industries over the last 25 years and is educated in the field of Business Marketing and Financial Strategy. Peter takes pride in developing strong relationships with clients over long periods of time.
Peter is responsible for Sales in North, Central and South America.
He lives in Ontario, Canada and is based at FLAT’s North American ffice.

Deborah is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of the hospitality and food service industries. With more than 13 years in the business, her experience includes work across channels including chain development and account management, architecture and design, procurement firms and restaurant and supply dealers.
Deborah is responsible for sales and account management in the Western U.S.
Sales Director – U.S. Chains
A true believer in FLAT Technology and the solutions that it presents, Martin joined the team in 2016. He brings with him 18 years of knowledge in the hospitality and foodservice industry, having held senior roles in manufacturing as National Sales Manager and Midwest Sales Director. Martin’s knowledge of the hospitality and foodservice industry, coupled with the strong relationships he has with customers makes him a great asset to FLAT.
Martin is a dedicated and versatile sales professional and has experience with long-cycle complex sales, strategic selling and territory management.
As U.S. Sales Director, Martin is now responsible for Midwest and Eastern States. He currently resides in Chicago, IL.
Andy joined FLAT in 2012 having worked in the facilities management industry for a number of years.
Andy began his career at Rentokil Initial on their two-year graduate scheme. Following this, he held a senior operational role for three years. In 2005, Andy joined OCS Group UK Ltd working with blue chip national accounts and became Account Director for Lloyds TSB (Lloyds Banking Group), managing and developing a portfolio of services to 900+ locations. Andy also led major projects in business development, marketing, sales, IT and business acquisitions and disposals.
Working from the UK, Andy is now responsible for FLAT’s marketing activities worldwide and is passionate about promoting FLAT’s technology to the world.
